Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY:

    If the product does not meet your expectations, or you are unsatisfied in any way, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that exchange products are requests only, and can not be guaranteed as they are based on availability at the time of processing.  Returns and exchanges can take 7-10 business days to be processed after they are received.  

    Shipping fees are non-refundable.

     

    NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

    Previously purchased items will NOT be eligible for price adjustments for any reason. 

     

    GENERAL TERMS:

    All products are subject to inspection.

    All sales of Gift Cards are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    One4Three Clothing reserves the right to deny any return or exchange. 

     

    DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

    If you feel you have received a defective product, please email us at info@one4threeclothing.com so that we may correct the issue within 30 days from purchase. Please include pictures of your issue. 

     

    RETURN PROCESS:

    Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the request a return link at the bottom of the page. Log in to your account using your email address. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. Click "Request return".

    If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Please allow 7-10 business days.
